Don Calarco has worked in the funeral service industry for 58 years. He’s the founder and owner of the D. L. Calarco Funeral Home in Watertown. He was the first person in his family to work in the funeral business, and thought he would be the only one—until his daughter, Francee Calarco, decided to go to embalming school. Don still works at the home, but Francee has now taken over as director.
