Pictured from left to right are: Merle Phoenix (the pilot, flying a Stinson Seaplane), Bob Charbaneau, and Howard Annin (who organized the project for the Rap-Shaw Hunting and Fishing Club). The men are posed in front of the prop plane and next to a Diamond T truck. The milk cans were being used to transport fish fingerlings to remote areas.
